While taking photos this morning, I decided that it had been far too long since my last HDR photo (High-dynamic-range imaging is a high dynamic range technique used in imaging and photography to reproduce a greater dynamic range of luminosity than is possible with standard digital imaging or photographic techniques), and since I’ve been wanting to shoot a city-scape in HDR I thought there couldn’t have been a more perfect opportunity.
After I was pretty sure I had captured what I needed for my earlier post, I enabled the multiple exposure function on my camera, set my exposure for the shot and snapped five bracketed shots all 1/3 stop apart. I combined the images in Photomatix, opened the final image in Lightroom, and did some minor sharpening and editing. I’m fairly pleased with the end result.
